Bookkeeper – Landscaping Services
Location: On-site in Prescott, Arizona
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 per year ($23–$28/hr)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations and support the accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, fast-paced company where your contributions will have a direct impact on business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements with precision
- Assist with payroll processing and job cost tracking
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities
- Collaborate closely with senior finance leadership as needed
Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
- Brings 4+ years of bookkeeping or similar experience (construction/landscaping background is a plus)
- Is proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms
- Understands AP, AR, payroll, and job costing workflows
- Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Is based in or willing to relocate to Prescott, Arizona
