Position: Customer Service/Dispatch Representative

Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Coordinating and Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently coordinate and schedule job appointments between field employees and clients, ensuring convenient routes that won’t affect the logistics of our operations.
Order Entry: Accurately enter orders into our software system, ensuring that all details for specific jobs are recorded correctly.
Following Up with Clients: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, providing updates on their orders and addressing any further needs they may have.
Placing Correct Orders: Ensure that correct orders are placed for specific jobs, guaranteeing the accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
Dispatch Coordination: The vital role of Dispatch Coordination involves working closely with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient dispatch, resolving any scheduling conflicts.
